Our mission is to promote peace, inclusion, and healing across refugee and host communities through restorative practices, trauma-responsive care, and education. We believe communities thrive when people are heard, respected, and supported.
Vision:
We envision a United States where refugees, immigrants, and local residents live together in mutual understanding—sharing opportunities for growth, belonging, and contribution.
Founder:
Ishtiaq Khan — Founder & Executive Director with over 10 years of experience in refugee resettlement, restorative justice, and peacebuilding, Ishtiaq has worked with global and national organizations including The Refugee Center (Illinois), the International Rescue Committee (IRC), Church World Service (CWS), Penny Appeal Pakistan, and Hayat Foundation. He holds a Master’s in Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University
